Accommodation Fee:
Accommodation (All inclusive basis at the Titanic Hotel, including open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, pastry and all kind of local drinks) will be sold as package programmes, one night accomodation will not be sold. There will be three packages for the course and the congress; if desired, an extra night for the 11th October may be added to the accomodation package.

If a delegate wishes to accommodate at a hotel other than the congress hotel, he/she has to pay an extra 35 €/day as the congress hotel is operated on the all inclusive basis like most of the other hotels in Antalya. So, we strongly recommend the delegates to accomodate at the congress hotel and the obtained prices for this extraordinary 5* hotel is about daily 90 € for single and 120 € for double rooms on all inclusive basis.
Letter of Invitation:
Upon request, the congress secretariat will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to all participants, to faciliate visa and other formalities. This letter should not be considered as an offer of financial support from the organizers.
Badges:
Each participant will get his/her badge at the registration desk. All participants are asked to wear their badges during all meeting activities and social events.
Exhibition:
The orthopaedic and pharmaceutical industry will be able to display and demonstrate their products in a large and comfortable area. Access is free to all registered participants.

Banking and Exchange Facilities:
Foreign money can be changed at banks during normal business days (09.00-17.00 Monday-Friday) as well as at hotels, at the airport and in exchange offices. Exchange rates are set daily by the Turkish Central Bank. All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops. Automated bank machines are available at many points throughout the city and at the airport.
Currency:
The Turkish currency is New Turkish Lira. The exchange rate for Turkish Lira as of January 2008 is Euro 1= TRL 1,75 / USD 1= TRL 1,18.
Visa Requirements:
Participants are requested to check with the Turkish Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency or at www.mfa.gov.tr for visa requirements. Entry visa to Turkey can also be obtained at Istanbul Atatürk Airport for a number of countries.
Climate and Clothing:
In the beginning of October, daytime temperatures are in the range of 20-22°C and evening temperatures are 14-16°C.
Electricity:
The electrical power supply in Turkey is 220 volts.
Time:
Turkey is 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Transfer Service:
There will not be any shuttle service between the Airport and the Hotel.
By taxi, the distance will be approximately 10 minutes and costs about 20.-Euros.
